Public Liability/Products Liability Brit underwrites Public & Products Liability both as a stand alone policy and in conjunction with Employers' Liability for risks operating in the UK with incidental exposure around the world. However, North American exposures are written sparingly. We require turnover for the last five years of trading, broken down into UK and overseas (including turnover in North America). Brit writes construction and manufacturing risks in respect of Public and Products Liability. |
